After the Hydra has been killed for good,you can go in it's mouth. Kratos goes to retrieve the Captain's Quarters Key from the man himself,then leaves him to be Hydra food. Climb up to the new area,grab the health and Gorgon Eye from the chests,then slide down the rope to open the locked door on the other ship. Sadly,Kratos is too late,and the women inside have been butchered. During the trip to Athens,Athena informs Kratos that his 10 year service to the gods will be complete with one final task: Kill Aries,the God of War. he has started a war on Athens,and other gods cannot interfere;that is where Kratos comes in. Once you arrive at the gates of Athens,you'll run into stronger versions of the enemies from the ship. Make your way around the area and you'll find a Phoenix Feather chest. When you're ready,use the elevator,and another new monster will appear,Minotaurs. These beasts wield axes,and can block and counter your shots. They're vulnerable to being knocked into the air though,so keep that in mind. Killing them via a QTE always yields HP Orbs. Further ahead,you'll find the gate to the inner city locked,so you'll have to find a way around. First though,you'll have to take care of the Cyclops that appear. These things are strong,but slow,just watch for those weapons of theirs. Head into the nearby building and destroy the wooden boxes,allowing you to climb up and jump to the other platforms. Another Gorgon Eye chest hidden in here. Make your way to the next room,and you'll meet the god Aphrodite. She'll reward you with a new magic spell if you kill Medusa,queen of the Gorgons. Damage her enough to where you can start a QTE,then rip her head off. You'll be rewarded with Medusa's gaze,allowing you to petrify enemies for a short time. Use it on the Minotaurs that appear and smash them to bits! Up ahead is a giant crossbow you can turn with a lever,use it to bring down walls and the barrier ahead.
