This is a preview of Godzilla: Save the Earth that is comprised solely of clips from early builds of the game. The audio was removed and replaced with stock music and the top and bottom of the video were cropped, likely to hide the HUD which displayed the internal file names for the characters instead of their real names at this point in development as seen in the E3 footage: https://youtu.be/bxOy20rHCS0?t=2. This preview contains the only known official footage of the cut story mode to ever be released to the public, aside from potentially a single shot of Godzilla roaring from the E3 preview.

This preview showcases:

- A battle between Godzilla and Megalon in Osaka. This is possibly a story level due to the third person camera and the cutscene showing the jets. However, in the very first shot, Megalon can be seen respawning in the background like in Melee mode
- Godzilla in a story-exclusive location known as "Japan Islands" internally. This was likely the setting for the "Escape" level from story mode
- Undersea Battle challenge with early HUD
- Asteroid Field challenge with early HUD
- A beam battle between Godzilla and Mechagodzilla 3
- A battle between Godzilla and Mecha-King Ghidorah in Osaka

This is another version of the early build clip compilation I re-uploaded several years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0LPI-PhUKQ. The old video was sourced from a YouTube channel that was archiving PSM2 DVDs, but the channel got taken down shortly after I came across the video containing the Godzilla footage. The videos were uploaded in 16:9 rather than 4:3, so when I re-uploaded the video, I edited it to restore the original aspect ratio and also replaced the music and cropped out the PSM2 overlay. This new version is unedited and directly sourced from an ISO of OXM, but it has worse colors than the PSM2 version. What's also strange is that the PSM2 version contains different stock music from the OXM version. Maybe the original file Atari sent had no audio and both magazines decided to edit stock music over it.
