Just to make it sweeter, I come across a some random guy who foolishly thinks he can take out my GOLF CART OF DESTINY with a rocket launcher.
What an idiot.
Doesn't he know I can simply RUN HIM OVER WITH THE GOLF CART?

Fortnite Battle Royale is a player-versus-player battle royale game for up to 100 players, playing alone or in squads of two or four. Players airdrop from a "Battle Bus" that crosses the game's map without any weapons. When they land, they must scavenge for weapons, items, and resources, avoiding being killed while attacking other players. Over the course of a round, the safe area of the map shrinks down in size due to an incoming storm; players outside that safe area take damage and can be killed. This forces remaining players into tighter spaces and encourages player encounters. The last player or squad alive is the winner.
Harvest Materials by breaking things with your pickaxe.
Scavenge for weapons and items of varying rarities in treasure chests, ammo boxes, and supply drops;.
Build to defend yourself, move around the map, and attack your opponents.
Survive the storm.
However, in Battle Royale your opponents are not the Husks of Save the World, but other players. 100 players in total enter a matchmaking queue in one several game modes (Solo, Duos, Squads, and/or 1 or more Limited time modes). The arena of play is not a Region but an island with numerous static locations. Players leap out of the Battle Bus as it flies across the map at a random trajectory and choose their own starting point. And instead of the storm being an anomaly on the map that spawns enemies, it is an ever-encroaching mist that encircles the map, doing damage to unfortunate players when it touches them. The last player or group standing is awarded a Victory Royale.

Battle Royale Weapons

When starting out, all players spawn with a Pickaxe. In a pinch the Pickaxe can be used in combat, but its short range and low damage (only 10 per hit) make it ineffective for most encounters with other players. It is best suited for breaking objects to obtain Materials. In order to obtain other weapons that are better suited towards combat, players must find them in treasure chests, supply drops, on the ground in the world, or by killing other players.
Battle Royale shares some weapon types with Save the World, though some Battle Royale versions look different and have different stats from their Save the World counterparts.

Items

Battle Pass

Gameplay in Battle Royale is marked by seasons. At the beginning of each season, players are given a blank slate and the possibility of earning in-game cosmetic items, called skins, for achieving certain goals and gaining experience. This functionality is extended through the purchase of a Battle Pass, which offers a much greater pool of goals and cosmetic rewards. Weekly challenges provide a welcome twist to gameplay as players orient themselves en masse toward achieving the challenges. For more information about this feature, see Battle Pass.
