You play as Duke Togo, one of the best assassins in the world.
You must shoot all the windows on a train to allow everybody aboard to escape and you only got 90 seconds to do so.
But you got another train in front of you that will make your bullets bounce back, and if they hit your car... bad idea.
As you proceed, it gets slowly harder and harder.
Level 2 introduces trucks between you and the trains which will bounce back your bullets as well.
Level 3 adds helicopters that shoots missiles at you. You can shoot down both the helicopter and missiles, but since you are on a time limit it is better to concentrate on the windows while dodging the missiles.
Level 4 makes the trucks and helicopters appear more often, and every level afterward are just the same.
The game is... average. It gets repeating after a while, but that was how games were back then. The controls are good, the graphics are pretty nice, and it is not bad. The Nes Golgo 13 games are better and got a better variation, but it is still worth playing if you got a SG-1000.
