The classic pinball game and the first game HAL Laboratory developed for Nintendo. It is a pretty nice game, and Mario is even playable.

Anyway, it is what you can expect from a pinball game. The difference between Game A and Game B is that the ball is lighter in Game A and heavier, more "realistic", in Game B.
You get an extra ball at 50,000, the flippers disappear at 100,000 and they reappear at 150,000.
