GoPro Display Mod for Hero8 Black - Where is it & does it impact the GoPro Hero9 Black release date?
So just a couple of simple questions. Where is the GoPro Display Mod for the Hero8 Black? And does it affect or have an impact on the GoPro Hero9 Black release date or does it have any other affects on it?
With the pre-order and release date of the GoPro Display Mod having changed at least four times that I've noticed on the GoPro UK website. It's starting to make me wonder if there are any problems at GoPro with either the company itself, or are they having serious production and manufacturing issues.
My opinion is that the GoPro Hero8 Black with a few additions such as the GoPro Media Mod or the original GoPro Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter and a good external microphone, make the GoPro Hero8 Black the best vlogging camera for most peoples' general vlogging activities. Add to that the Light Mod and the Display Mod when it is finally released and I can see how any such combination for the Hero 8 would be the perfect vlogging camera for many vloggers.
This is why I'm slightly concerned with the delay of the Display Mod and its potential for damaging the release of the GoPro Hero9 Black. Because let's face it. If you're like me and you use the Hero8 mainly for vlogging, I'm sure that you'll also be looking forward to the Gopro Hero9 Black and to see if GoPro have made tweaks that make it the perfect vlogging camera that we are hoping for.
Please let me know in the comments what you think to the questions I've raised and if you too are having any concerns with what's going on with GoPro.
