Here's my Gothic 3 ending. The non-linear quest structure ensures that the player can achieve some interestingly wacky combinations of different outcomes - such as liberating Myrtana from Orcish rule while at the same time choosing to ally oneself with the master of the Orcs; or to side with the Hashishin against the Nomads only to end up killing the Hashishin king and thus becoming responsible for the demise of both factions. A less ambitious and morally ambiguous game would have required a greater internal consistency (or a clear-cut narrative, if you will), but Gothic 3 instead offers as much freedom as possible.
