Niko meets up with Hossan in a Random characters in western Algonquin, where he works as a street vendor selling counterfeit purses and bags. During this encounter, he and Niko pursue and kill a man who refused to pay Hossan for his work due to his status as an illegal immigrant.

Script
Hossan: Hey!
Niko: Hey.
Hossan: Niko, it's me, Hossan.
Niko: Hossan! How are you? Wow, man, it's good to see you.
Hossan: Ah, you too.
Niko: So you stayed?
Hossan: Yes... and you... did you meet your cousin?
Niko: Yes... things have been... complicated - how about you?
Hossan: Nonstop madness. Brilliant! I have met a lot of lunatics and life is wild. My friend's uncle gave me a job selling handbags... knock offs, you know.
Niko: Sure.
Hossan: It's so easy! Easier than working on a Goddamn boat, anyway... and women, they love you! Man, after three months on that ship... let's just say I was not cut out for the sailor's life. Ah, shit - it's good to see you...
(Hossan's phone rings)
Niko: You too.
Hossan: Hey, Hossan speaking. Yes, I'm on my way.
(Hossan hangs up)
Hossan: Niko, hey what are you up to?
Niko: Nothing too urgent.
Hossan: Why don't you walk with me? I've got to go collect some money.
Niko: Okay, sure.
Hossan: Great.
Dialogue
Hossan: This guy's just over on Castle Drive.
(Niko and Hossan head towards Castle Drive)
Hossan: What are you up to, Niko?
Niko: This and that, I make money how I can.
Hossan: Is hard for us without visas. People don't want to treat us good. Amount of times I've done a job and then got stiffed for my pay... Shit, I can't even count them.
Niko: Yeah, the immigrants is the slave class in this country. Working for nothing, but the whole place would be shut down without them. I've been screwed over by a few employers as well.
Hossan: Yeah, but the fun you can have in this city... it's worth it.
(Niko takes Hossan to Castle Drive)
Hossan: Alright, here's where he said he'd meet me. Wait here.
(Hossan meets with his buyer)
Hossan: Hey man, you got that money? I've been waiting a while.
Buyer: I forgot to ask, you got a visa? I ain't giving good American currency to an illegal.
(The buyer attacks Hossan and flees)
Hossan: Shit, he's got my back pay. Can you get him?
Niko: I'm sick of punks like this screwing over hard workers because their grandfather got off the boat here not them.
Hossan: Hey man, that's the way the city works. Scumbags can do what they like to us. We're at the bottom of the pile.
(If the buyer starts to get away)
Hossan: You're losing him.
Hossan: Shit, he's getting a good lead.
Hossan: Catch up to him, man.
Hossan: He's getting away.
Hossan: Come on, don't let him get away.
(The buyer will eventually exit his car and flee on foot)
Hossan: He's running for it, catch him.
(Niko kills the buyer and gets the back pay from him)
Hossan: You have my back pay. Niko, you're a true friend. Can you drop me in the alleyway between Feldspar and Garnet? These people, they're all the same.
Niko: You should work for yourself. There ain't no point in getting screwed over by every chump in Liberty City.
Hossan: Yeah man, maybe I should. I got some money, I could buy a load of handbags. Sell them myself.
Niko: Sounds like a good plan.
Hossan: It would be, as long as I don't give them all to the first woman who gets into bed with me.
(Niko drops Hossan off)
Hossan: Niko, you're amazing. A fucking savior. This was one more wild trip in Liberty City. Made me think I should settle down though, get that dog we talked about.
Niko: Really?
Hossan: Yeah, I don't know. Here's some of my pay. Call if the stuff I'm not giving to the taxman. See you around, Niko.
Niko: Thanks, man. You didn't have to do this, but thanks.
