At the start of the year, I was flipping video games - as was a ton of other people. It has continued throughout this year, but the thrift stores have caught on.

Now thrift stores are charging over double what they usually would charge, even for common games.

Rare games, on the other hand, are often sold near their proper market prices. I understand this issue is somewhat geographical, but it seems to be becoming more widespread.

Disappointing that the internet removed the middle man from purchases, then wrapped back around to re-introduce the middle man via the modern-day flipper.
