Item Checklist:

Shots:
You’ll need to take two shots. Your green Screens must be same distance from the floor in both shots. One shot has your dual green screens and the other your TV or Monitor with a green display

Camera Setup
Your camera has to be the same distance from the green screens in both of your shots. It also has to be the same distance from the floor (You can use your tripod for this). Make sure your Cameras White Balance is Neutral for this or you may get green bleed.

Acting
Make sure the green screen is covering your whole body so theres no spacing in between.

Troubleshooting:
If you find the green in your clips isn’t keying out correctly you should color tune your footage in Filmora targeting the green color with the HSL tool. With this you can enhance the green and even it out, making it easier for FIlmora’s chroma key tool to identify your screen’s color.
Editing:
1. First create the TVs background you want to use (We made a horror background for the Ring creature to come out of. Put it on the top track in Filmora timeline and Chroma Key out the Green in the TV screen, revealing the background you created)
2. Next, add the shots you made of acting coming out of the green screens to the PIP layer. Use a mask to crop out anything but the green scrip in this clip
3. Move the masked clip to fit your TV screen on the other layer, until you get the effect that your actor has come out from the screen
