In this Video, I show how to fly across the Map in the beginning of the game without triggering the 4 Star Wanted Level.

You can do this with any Plane or Helicopter, however, the Seasparrow is nice because it can land on the water and if you land within the boundaries, you can exit the Seasparrow and then swim to, for instance, an Oyster in the Country/San Fierro/Desert/Las Venturas without triggering a Wanted Level!

You know those annoying Oysters in Easter Basin (Naval Base) near the two big Ships? Well you can just land your Seasparrow from afar and swim to them, dive under, get them, then swim back to your Seasparrow and you will not get any Wanted Level. Be aware, though, that your Seasparrow will vanish if you take longer than three minutes! Only touching actual LAND with CJ's body would trigger the Wanted Level at this point. It takes a while using such a Method to get the Oysters in the beginning, but it helps to raise your Muscle, Lung Capacity, Stamina, etc, etc. When you get hungry after 49 real life minutes, just go to a Vending Machine and replenish and by doing this you do not need to unlock Fast Food Restaurants in the beginning nor raise the "Meals Eaten" Stat. In a Starter Save, it can remain at 0 and by 100% it's 1 because of the Mission "Ryder" where you are forced to eat from a Pizza Stack.

The entire Bayside Marina on the Map is always available to be in without getting a Wanted Level as which I show in the Video and there is also a Maverick that always spawns there. I've seen a Seasparrow also spawn there in place of the Maverick, but am not sure if it does that in the beginning of the game or not. You can also fly along the outer edge of the entire Map without triggering any Wanted Level, as well, which I show the northern most point flying across the top of the Desert and Las Venturas.

I can't remember the exact number off the top of my head since it's been a while since completing my Starter Save in San Andreas, but you can actually get MOST of the 50 Oysters without a Wanted Level at all just by swimming far distances or using the Seasparrow to land somewhere safe, and then swim to an Oyster, swim back to your Seasparrow, and repeat. I want to say there is *OVER* 30 of them that you can do without a 4 Star Wanted Level, but then the ones in the Desert at the Sherman Dam as well as on actual San Fierro/Las Venturas LAND absolutely will require a 4 Star Wanted Level. Having all 50 Oysters collected at the beginning of the game will make ANY Girlfriend automatically like CJ for dating. He won't need to wear certain clothes, be a certain weight/muscle ratio, drive a certain Vehicle, etc, etc. In the beginning, you can only get Michelle, Katie, and Barbara as Girlfriends, though. You can also obtain their AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle in the beginning for a Starter Save if you desire, but I don't see any reason to and rather hold off on that until much later in the game. Katie spawns near a bush and the Gym in San Fierro while Michelle spawns inside the Driving School in San Fierro. Barbara spawns out in the Desert way up north.
