In this Video, I show how to do Vigilante Level 12 in the beginning of the game without having a single weapon in your inventory and quickly.

Make note that I own PS2 V1. I heard claims of this working on ***OTHER*** Playstation Versions, but not ALL. For instance, I heard it worked on PS4 when the PS4 Digital Version was released. Perhaps it works on PS3 Digital, as well. Unlikely to work on PS3 Physical, though, since that piece of trash is like the Mobile Port which is...A piece of trash. But yeah, this only works for PLAYSTATION and I am not sure which Versions. You'll have to try it out yourself and see if it works. If you're not on a Playstation Release, then this won't work and you'll have to get an SMG and M4 with a good amount of ammo and do it the old fashion way, which isn't that hard in the end, anyways. I was able to do it like that in an OLD Starter Save on PS2 AS WELL AS my current Starter Save on iOS, so it's not like I can't do it.

Sorry for no sound, but deal with it. Rockstar loves having music playing inside Interiors and Youtube loves giving you Copyright Claims when playing music inside Interiors. So therefore, I muted all the shit until the end of the Video after I was done going into the Wardrobe.

Back in the day when I first started playing SA (2004-2006) on the exact same Disc I am still playing on today, I knew about this Interior Trick working to easily do Vigilante Level 12, HOWEVER, I thought it could only be done in San Fierro AND using a Cluckin' Bell or Pizza Stack. Fast forward some years and when I was assembling my 13.90% Starter Save, I found a way how to do it at the beginning and with an Interior in Los Santos and without having to have the Fast Food Restaurants unlocked! The idea is simple. Just start Vigilante and go up the stairs and into the Wardrobe. Simply enter each Menu and wait a bit of time clicking stuff inside there. Eventually, you'll see the threats eliminated. Sometimes, which you can see in the Video, it won't work and you'll have to go back outside and onto the HPV1000 again to renew the 60 Second Countdown before the Mission Fails. Rinse and repeat until you pass Level 12 and reach Level 13. I am sure you could do this to Level Infinite if you want, but meh.

I heard claims of this working also with the Santa Maria Beach Safehouse, so you can try this trick in that Safehouse, too.

I've tried it with the "Inside Track Betting" Interior in Los Santos, but after reaching Level 3 or 4, I couldn't get it to go any higher in the Levels. I even tried it with a Fast Food Restaurant after passing "Ryder", and I could NOT get it to work past a certain Level, either. It seems to only work in San Fierro really well like that, but if you want to do this in the beginning in Los Santos, then the Ganton and Santa Maria Beach Safehouses will do the trick.
