In this Video, I show how to get any weapon to Hitman Level in the beginning of the game quick and easy.

Since I already had the Sawn-Off Shotgun at Hitman Level, I couldn't show it for the Video, however, it's the MOST IMPORTANT weapon in the entire game if you're a Special Vehicle Collector since it can come in handy as early as "Nines and AK's" or as late as "End of the Line." In the Video, I show getting the Combat Shotgun from Poor to Hitman Level, but you'd do the EXACT SAME THING for ANY weapon listed in the Pause Menu in the Weapons Tab.

***Regarding the Unique/AP RC Raider - There is several other Methods to obtain that where you do NOT have to use any Sawn-Off Shotguns, but the Method I show and prefer uses them.

Here is Special Vehicles in SA which DO NOT REQUIRE the Sawn-Off Shotgun, however, can still come in handy and make things a lot quicker:

Also, if you do not obtain the Unique/AP RC Raider in AP form and just want a Unique RC Raider, then you will also NEED the Sawn-Off Shotgun, as well.

As you can see, it's a pretty popular and needed weapon used throughout the game for many Special Vehicles, so if I were you, I'd get it to Hitman Level in a Starter Save like I did.

This is also a good way to increase your Accuracy. For some reason in San Andreas, even by 100%, I seem to have 99% or 100% Accuracy and I figured it's from shooting Vehicles as well as wrecks of Vehicles.

Don't bother increasing the Pistol from Poor to Hitman in the beginning since the Ammunation Weapons Challenge required for 100% Completion later on in the game can be used to do that. No matter the skill of the Pistol, it always becomes Hitman after passing the Ammunation Weapons Challenge.
