In this Video, I show how to obtain the EP/FP Hotring Racer from "Hotring" Side Mission at the beginning of the game. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as the EP/FP Properties.

I apologize for taking ages to do this. I broke it under the Stadium rather quickly, but due to playing on the actual PS2 Slim compared to my dead and gone Backward Compatible PS3, the Brightness is "different" and can't seem to replicate how it was on my PS3. The dumb Stadium also likes to give you Copyright Claims, too, so this is why I muted that sound. I did this BEFORE the recording, too, but it would never save for some odd reason. Then when I was under the Stadium, it was just TOO DARK and I even had a glare on my actual TV! I couldn't see jackshit until it said about 5:30-6:00 AM on the in-game time. Sucks you have to always do these Stadium Events at NIGHT!

Before you attempt this, be sure to have the Hotring Stadium Side Mission complete so it does not add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats. Furthermore, be aware that the Stadium Events change and are also time specific. So if you want to obtain this for a Starter Save so you always have it and never have to bother with obtaining it again, be sure to get this DURING your Starter Save any time you save at Hyman Condo and notice that "Hotring" is the next Stadium Event up and it's around 20:00 when the Stadium opens. You don't want to have your Starter Save complete (like I do in this Video) because you may have to save your game MULTIPLE times just to progress time AND get the Hotring Stadium Event to show up. This can ruin your Safehouse Visits Stat big time! So keep these things in mind when assembling the Starter Save so you know when to get this and what time of day so you don't have to waste time and/or Safehouse Visits!

This is one of the hardest Special Vehicles (it's actually Rare due to being infinitely obtainable before OR after 100%) in VC to obtain, especially if it's BEFORE 100% Completion since Vehicles do not take Double Damage (what happens after 100%) as I show in this Video. If you intend to convert this Hotring Racer into EC Black for a Save File, then this is your only way to do so! If you do not care to have an EC Black Hotring Racer and are happy with an EP/FP Hotring Racer in your Save, then I do NOT recommend getting this before 100% unless it's for a Starter Save. Furthermore, I am the ONLY ONE to ever show this Hotring Racer with driving in REVERSE to break it under the Stadium, before and after 100%! There is a couple other Videos out there showing driving it FORWARD, but I do not recommend EVER doing that since it's even MORE luck based and your Hotring Racer will usually get damaged way too much in the process. It's possible, but usually the luck involved would need to be doubled if you want to drive it forward and not reverse. I obtained it a couple times driving it forward, but many more times in reverse. I also obtained this Hotring Racer for not only PS2, but Mobile (iOS) and to top it off, I obtained it before 100% TWICE on PS2 now!

For my 3rd 100% Save File in which I finished several months ago, I got the EP/FP Hotring Racer EARLY and then converted it to EC Black (loses EP/FP when you convert it to EC Black) which you can see here in the Save File and how it looks - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9F2vtwvpp_E

Just do the West to East Transport Method using your Hotring Racer and get it back to the East Island before "The Party."
