GTA VC Tips and Tricks: How to Obtain NE Zebra Cab
0In this Video, I show how to obtain the NE Zebra Cab.
As I said in the Description of the NE Taxi, NE Cabbie, and NE Kaufman Cab Video, the NE Zebra Cab, NE Flatbed, and both variants of the NE Bloodring Banger's use a much different Method to obtain them. You can use the basic opening/closing of the Garage for the Taxi, Cabbie, and Kaufman Cab, but not these others! They use a specific Method!
Make sure your Garages are either empty OR have Vehicles inside who do not have any extras! For instance, a Stallion can spawn with or without a roof. That is an extra. You do NOT want a Stallion in your Garage, etc, etc.
Make note that the Zebra Cab actually doesn't like to spawn NE a lot of times when doing this, at least for me on PS2. When I obtained it for my 3rd 100% Save File with this same exact Method, I must of tried the same exact Method about five times before it worked out. Today recording this Video, I got it for the third try spawning NE. Just stay persistent with it and you'll eventually see it NE and can obtain it.
Obviously, you will need to be 100% Completion OR have up to buying Assets unlocked and all the Cab Side Missions complete for the Zebra Cab to spawn in the game world, period.

Entering ANY Interior in VC will bring the normal game world view back. In this Video, I enter the Cafe.
