[Merlin] Tommy Boy Music made a false claim on my video because it had a section that contained part of the song Brand Nubian in it 46:42 – 47:35. The use was fully within fair use however they refused my counter claim, refused my appeal and thus I was going to receive a copyright strike for a completely fair use. This is so broken and wrong... I withdrew my appeal to avoid the strike and now I cannot even mute the section claimed....
ALL of the other claims were disputed and rights holders did not release the claim right up until the 30 days limit on the counterclaim...
