GTA V Special Vehicle Guide: PP Packer (2 of 2)
0In this Video, I show how to obtain the PP Packer from "Pack Man" with THREE BUSTED Stats, as it's unfortunately the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
There was a PP Packer in Minisub, but that one had a Black Traffic Default Color. This PP Packer from Pack Man has a Red Traffic Default Color, though it needs three Busted Stats to be obtained. They're different Vehicles technically, as the Packer can't be put into Los Santos Customs.
To obtain it you must use the Garage Mode Trick as Franklin, using the Tire Rack Trick on Old Gen. After that, run to Denise's House to start Pack Man, and then you have to run to the Police Station (where the Impound is located). Stand there in front of a Cop, don't touch him, just stand there in front of him which will provoke him and you'll get Busted for just staring at a Cop. Hit Retry, then get Busted again, then hit Retry a second time, then get Busted again. After getting Busted a third time, the Skip Option will be available and you must hit Skip now.
!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! After each Retry and Skip from now on, you must SPAM Triangle to jump out of Vehicles. The Vehicles you'll be sitting inside after each Retry and Skip will have their engine off, which makes this possible on Old Gen, this is a huge surprise, as normally when you enter Vehicles on Old Gen with Garage Mode, you get teleported immediately. For Pack Man, this is not the case.
After the first Skip, you'll be inside the Monroe, spam Triangle to get out. Now, run away and hit Retry, after failing the Mission by running away a third time, hit Skip. After the second Skip, you'll be inside the PP Packer. Stay inside the PP Packer and wait a bit until you get teleported away, as the Packer's engine is off. Once the Mission has failed, you have to hit Exit. Once you did this mess, the PP Packer will be inside the Impound.
The reason why this is even possible in the first place is because the PP Packer can be impounded. It's the only Truck which does so. So when you select it from the Impound, it might glitch around the place and be stuck inside the Garage. It's possible to get it out once it glitched around, but it really isn't worth the hassle.
On New Gen, this PP Packer doesn't require any Three Busted Methods, to skip that part, you'd just have to use a Taxi Ride, which will skip the Phone Call. That Phone Call never comes up with the Garage Mode active, thus why Busted's are needed.
Note that the UP/EC2 JB 700 with EC2 Rims is also obtainable during this Mission with this same exact Method using Skip's and Three Busted's. There's only three Vehicles as of now which need embarrassing Skipping Methods, the third being the UP "Bugstars" Burrito.
