The main guide recommends you pick the Obvious option for this heist. However if you want to take the Subtle option follow this playlist:

Pick Patrick McReary or Chef as Gunman Number 1. It is important you pick a competent crew member for this or they will drop some of the take. This includes a poor gunman even if you got them some experience on The Bureau Raid - Roof Entry. Pick Daryl Johns as Gunman 2 since he is the cheapest and ability makes no difference for this role. Pick Taliana as Driver 1. An inexpereince Karim will lose 25% of the take if chosen for this role. Taliana is not available, then pick Eddie T'oh as Driver 1. Regardless, pick Karim as driver 2. Pick Rickie Lukens as Hacker since this role has little impact and he is the cheapest.
When following the main guide, do the 3 “Gauntlet” Heist Setup missions in place of "Sidetracked" and do the "Stingers" Heist Setup Mission in place of "Driller". You can skip the guide entry for "Getaway Vehicle" which is not required in this approach.
Cons of the Subtle Approach:
Substantially lower take than “Obvious" - roughly $5m less per character of $15m in total
One extra setup mission required
Pros of the Subtle Approach:
Two additional easy Gold Medals are on offer across the setup missions (4 vs 2 for "Obvious")
The finale is not as difficult to get a Gold Medal on as it is for "Obvious"
