If you have already been to La Caverna del Pollo, there will be an Olmec Head there, that you can fast travel to. If not, go to Santa Luchita and locate the Shop (center of the map toward the top). Walk off the building to the right and keep dropping straight down until you reach the very bottom. Now go right until you see a sign that reads "Abandoned Mine Danger!". Continue right to enter the Caverns. Follow the linear path until you reach a Shop and eventually an Olmec Head.

There are 3 ways you can tackle this:
1. (PS3 Only) Exploit 2nd controller join mechanic.
Once you are at the Olmec Head (in the Caverns), take the elevator (left of the Olmec head) to the bottom of the cave. You can gain access to the upper ledge by doing a double-jump and Rooster Uppercut. Go all the way to the right - until you hit a dead-end. There will be a doorway on a ledge above you (the door leads to Chac Mool - where you found one of the orbs). Press Start on your 2nd controller. With the bubble, go to the door and enter it with Up. Go back through the door and you will be on the ledge. Double-jump onto the right wall (the curved section is treated as if it were flat for some reason) and double-jump again, followed by a Rooster Uppercut. Move right to activate the final fight of the column. Defeat the enemies.

2. (Easiest) Pollo Power [5 orbs needed]
If you happen to have your completed game save file with all the orbs collected, you can make this much easier on yourself. Go to the cavern and take the elevator down to the bottom. Go all the way to the right and up the last column with your chicken form's flying power. Transform back to Juan and move right; the final wave of enemies should spawn. Finish them off.

3. Normal method "legit"
Once at the Olmec Head, go right. Go all the way to a dead-end. You will need to either use your Dimension Shift or a double-jump followed by a Dashing Derpderp to clear the long gap. Once you are at the end, go down and fight your way through the final column. Once you have completed the final wave of enemies, at the bottom of the column, the trophy will be yours.
