Guild Wars 2 Balloon Tower Tourist
6Basically, a video about the Balloons towers. You typically get one of three events, an escort mission, an Aetherblade combat mission or a Queen's Champion fight. Complete one of these events and the corresponding balloon tower will open up allowing you to loot the chest and take a ride back to Divinity's Reach. A tower counts as visited once you loot the chest so I do not believe you need to ride the balloon back to DR to count.
Visit 30 balloon towers and raid their chests to acquire the Balloon Tower Tourist title and Hot Air Balloon Souvenir.
As far as the Queen's Champions go, they are random but you need to defeat all 5 to get the Winner and Champion achievement. Technically you see two champions in this video but only one was fightable at the time.
