One of my favorite lower level World Bosses this is Ulgoth the Modniir, a Centaur leader whom comes with unlimited insults.

Seriously if you do wait and don't partake in the pre events he has so many lines it is hilarious, he's constantly talking down to you while just sitting there invincible instead of helping his minions.

Anyways this is in the Harathi Hinterlands at Modniir Gorge after a bunch of pre events and when the boss is scheduled to be up.

I personally still use Dragon Timer for World Boss times but there's lots of websites for it now.

This battle isn't hard either of course. I remember when I first played years ago it lasted a while longer though. Stability is really handy here if you have it since he does spam knock down moves but if you don't it's not the end of the world either. I mean it's still a Zerg event.
