1:01 the process, 2:18 Will Bender, 3:16 equipment, 5:27 tree/passives, 7:17 skills, 10:30 hit and run build, 13:25 Deadeye meta builds, 14:19 equipment, 15:14 Knights vs Captains, 17:09 tree/passives, 17:57 why Premeditation passive, 20:08 back to the tree/passives, 23:43 why Practiced Tolerance passive, 24:28 where a passive can be changed, 25:17 dual pistol vs rifle

Some of the people I talk to a lot were saying Willbender and Deadeye suck in PvP. I raised an eyebrow at this because I learned in most games, the chance for something to truly suck is a slim percent. It is usually people who don't understand or don't build right that muck things up

TLDR:

I Google searched for any build that I could find (meta and non) then put them through the calculator to give me a baseline number to work with. From there I put together different combinations in the calculator to see if I could achieve a different result

For Willbender I recognized it could be ran as a Hit and Run or a stand up fighter type of build. Given that most people will likely struggle with the hit and run build, I focused on the stand up fighter build

It uses the 2H Hammer, full Celestial, Precision infusions, and Rune of Divinity. Opal Orbs are in the hammer

Abilities at the core is Fear my Wrath, Purging Flames, and Hold the Line. I guess Rolling Light could be replaced by something else

Willbender specializations are Virtues, and Radiance. Virtues is: bottom, top, and top. Radiance is top, then middle. Willbender is middle, bottom, middle

For Deadeye.. It is running Dragon's on all armor pieces and weapons. Jewelry and back are running Knight's. Infusion are Vitality and the runes are Rune of The Traveler. Orbs are Ruby

Knight's provides more toughness than precision when compared to Captain's. Knight's was deemed best for the build because it is at 55% crit chance as is

The build is designed to easily switch from dual Pistols to Rifles without much of a change

Core ability is Signet of Malice to heal and have another Vigor trigger. After that the abilities are your choice

Deadeye specializations are Critical Strikes and Acrobatics. Critical Strike is: top, middle, then top. Acrobatics is middle, top, top

If running Dual Pistols you can change No Quarter to Invigorating Precision for more sustain (Critical Strikes)
