I noticed the trailer, teaser, and the comments related to this. I decided to do a quick recording to share what I am aware of so far. The trailer and teaser contained enough information to get a good idea

I am putting this in the Gaming Category because the games did a good job of informing people of the lore. Also because I did reference them. I think I messed up on the numbering. Someone can correct me if needed (politely)

TLDR:

Teaser #2 had what appeared to be a Licker. Lickers were stored in, and modified at the Umbrella Nest Facility in Raccoon City. I didn't notice a Drain Deimos but if that is shown, then that is positive confirmation that this is Raccoon city years. Both the Drain Deimos and Licker started in Raccoon City

There is a chance that this is a follow up to the Raccoon City years but given that Netflix revenue is down, those chances are low. I think it is more likely that this will jump straight to Raccoon City years given the potential appearance of a Licker

My concern other than them getting the lore wrong, is that they may re-write or make things up. There are certain zombies that don't have much lore associated with them, or none at all. I gave two examples

One was that zombie that sits on heads. It has that orange glow to it. You will notice it in RE 3. I have Googled searched it before and I couldn't find anything

The other example I gave was that sewer monster Claire experienced in RE 2 remake. I think it is called G-Young. There isn't a lot on it either

I will see where this goes but for now, the trailer and teaser had a considerable amount of information

For those that don't know the Drain Deimos by name.. It is the one that gave Jill a surprise in RE 3.. When she was going in to that tunnel with all the power relays or whatever
