I did my best to share what was bothering me with the latest NATO discussions. I decided to tie it in to a video game discussion because a lot of games will try to replicate future or current scenarios

TLDR:

It is funny at how things came full circle for the US. They bullied Britain out of the NATO over the 280 British round only to have the NGSW program several years later (6.8x51mm). This wasn't the only time this happened for the US. Recently they had discussions regarding the Griffin 2 Light Tank. The Italians already figured out the hole light tank/vehicle thing with the B1 Centauro

I think that joining NATO would be a mistake for Finland and Sweden because of things like this happening but also because I don't think NATO has the best interests for the world. They are too inactive

An alliance between European nations or special forces units would be more ideal for those nations in my opinion

Games can certainly use all of this for their backstory, cosmetics, or otherwise. It would be cool to see a JW Grom operator in a video game. The MSBS rifle recently had a special edition with the eagle stamped on it. That would be a cool rifle cosmetic to have in games. Those are some examples
