Gungrave playthrough Stage 3: China Town
1Grave learns that an airship carrying Millennion Syndicate members will be leaving soon. Nothing really new here,just watch out as enemies can pop out from the stores and the bus in town. As last time,be on the lookout for enemies wielding rocket launchers. Several bad guys are wielding katanas too,trying to go all samurai on you. You may have gotten your 3rd Demolition Shot by this point,Hellhound Roar. It's an improved Death Blow that fires 3 rockets at once. Lots of breakable objects as you make your way through the area. One of the later areas has a new enemy,that have powerful miniguns hidden in cases,and have shields like yours. They're quite deadly,you may want to use Demolition Shots on them. As you cross the bridge,a bulldozer will attempt to run you down. Just run,you can't kill it. You can rack up a huge Beat combo on it though,and kill the enemies who jump off it. Make it to the other side and Grave will jump onto the departing airship. Clear out the minigun enemies here,they can jump pretty far. You'll face the first Syndicate member when they all die. BOSS FIGHT: Bob Poundmax. God he's fat. He's armed with a machine gun,and has 4 henchman that keep spawning around him. Take em all out with a Demolition Shot and focus on Bob. After he dies,you'll face Bob again in Overdrive mode. He's even fatter than before now! He'll hover around and try to fall on you,keep moving and dodge before he does. He can also summon enemies that try to crawl into you and explode. He's not too difficult if you keep on the move. When his HP is low,save a Demolition Shot,and when there's a blue aura around your skull in the corner,hit Triangle to finish him off with a Graveyard Special! You don't have to,but it looks cool. Ass kicking complete.
