Chapter Information: Eleven months before the events of Half Life 2, Civil Protection Officers are continuing to purge anti-citizen activity within City 17 and the surrounding areas. One of these Civil Protection Officers known as Bad Cop is currently contributing to the fight against the Resistance.
After leading a squad of Civil Protection Officers through a hostile Resistance base filled with Citizens, Bad Cop and his squad of Civil Protection Officers use a supply train to return towards City 17, however, the supply train ends up derailing instead.
Waking up in a decayed train tunnel, Bad Cop discovers he is in the frozen ruins of City 10 which is filled with Refugees, Resistance members, Headcrabs, and Zombies that attempt to kill Bad Cop on sight.
Determined to find a way to escape from City 10, Bad Cop escapes from the sewer and traverses the ruined city streets and discovers that City 10 was abandoned due to a viral infection known as CFlu that forced the evacuation of people towards City 17 instead.
After fighting through some major Resistance outposts filled with Resistance members and ruined Combine outposts filled with Headcrabs and Zombies, Bad Cop journeys deeper into City 10.
