Hop to 0:52 for the content, sorry.

Finally, I got a Half Life Alyx video file to save on the Quest 2. I guess I have to be careful how long I record on the Quest 2 - if I record too long, the video just fails.

The Quest 2 is annoying - on the Quest 1 I was able to hit the menu button on the right controller 4 times to temporarily drop back to the Oculus home screen and start or stop the recording. On the Quest 2, I can't even access the Home screen of the Quest until I drop out of Oculus Link.

Played with High Fidelity settings.

Here is the part in Half Life Alyx that I have seen so far that has had the hardest time on the RTX 3080. There are a lot of frame drops. But after the action settles, the frame rate is a nice and level 90fps. Mostly. The rest of the game has otherwise been pretty solidly 90fps, even the lightning dog duo fight in the hotel - and I suspect the Jeff chapter would have been if I had restarted my PC first.

Running on a i7-8700, 16GB 2666, RTX 3080 LHR, EVGA G3 850W PSU, Quest 2 90Hz 1840p base, Oculus Link.
