Halo: Reach (The Master Chief Collection) - Part 3
0Part 3 of Halo: Reach. I complete Nightfall in this video. Six and Jun carry out a recon mission in the Viery Territory.
Six and Jun begin their recon mission as they head up a ledge. Six assassinates an Elite and reaches a Covenant-controlled complex with Jun. Six and Jun snipes out the Covenant troops and continue on a trail, going further into the complex and taking out Covenant in the area. The two continue down the trail and run into native creatures known as Gúta, killing them and taking a trail through the rocks. The trail opens up to a pumping station, where militia are under attack by Covenant forces. Six and Jun fight off the Covenant forces while protecting the militia troopers. Jun asks why the troopers are in the station when the whole area is supposed to be evacuated, but they explain that they did not want to leave protecting their home to someone else. They reveal weapons inside briefcases, adding that they have them hidden all over the territory. Phantoms send in waves of Covenant reinforcements, with Six and his allies taking them out. They head for a riverbed, reach the hydroelectric plant, and come across a Covenant stealth pylon. Kat explains that the big pylon is the source of their dark zone, and tasks Jun with sticking a UNSC explosive on it. Six and his team fight off Covenant defenses, while Jun works on the remote detonator. Jun sticks the detonator into the power supply, and they reach the gate. The team goes deeper into the dark zone, fighting Covenant troops and Shade turrets. They head to a cliff side and the end of the trail and crawl towards a cliff edge to see a Covenant Tyrant standing in front of a massive Covenant landing zone with two corvettes holding position and two deployment spires equipped. Kat receives the visual of what she assumes is a strike force, but Jun says that it's an invading army. Kat instructs the recon teams to disengage and fall back, and says that it will be a very busy day when the sun will be back up.
Auntie Dot briefs NOBLE Team on the current situation. A large Covenant force is at the Viery Territory, and a large UNSC Convoy prepares to engage the ground forces as Kat and Six lead the charge. A plasma mortar destroys the bridge, causing Kat's Warthog to crash on the other side as she and Six are sent flying. Six wakes from the crash, ready to help Kat in the battle against Covenant forces.
