1Fist of the North Star 10 Big Brawls for the King of the Universe is a side-view fighting game released for the Game Boy on December 22, 1989. Developed by Shouei System and published by Toei Animation Co., Ltd. and Electro Brain Corp., the game brings the post-apocalyptic world of the Fist of the North Star franchise to life.
Players can choose from 11 characters, each with unique special moves such as tackle attacks or chargeable fireball projectiles. Battles can be played in one-on-one matchups or five-on-five team formats. As players progress, their characters gain experience points, allowing them to level up and improve their stats.
The game supports both single-player and multiplayer modes, with the latter requiring a Game Boy link cable for two-player battles.
