Takano's Mountain Dogs' numbers continue to dwindle, and yet despite this she continues to charge on, refusing to admit defeat. The club members are also gradually pushed to their limits, as their traps begin also begin to dwindle.

Meanwhile, Rika manages to flee to the ritual storehouse near the Furude Shrine, while lamenting the current battle and the mental state of Takano. As this is happening, a voice coming from an ancient relic that is being stored within the storehouse calls out to Rika, and shortly after she takes hold of it, Neo is presented with a shocking truth about Rika.

As this is going on, Takano herself is making her way to the Furude Shrine. With the truth of the events of this arc now being made clear to him and the stakes at their highest level yet, the stage is set for a final confrontation between Neo/Rika and Takano...
