The strat in itself Isn't too hard.
But it might seem inconsistent if you don't get the details right.
Example, If you emetic the wrong guard or emetic in wrong order.
Or while puking, McGregor notice the guard behind him getting KOd etc.
Little stuff like that might mess up everything.
So make sure you practice before you go for the kill.
Target: Conor McGregor (Yes, the UFC guy).
Stuff Needed: Chapel (Starting Location), Sieker, Non-Lethal Melee, Pistol (Suppressor) or Lethal Melee.
Also, you can probably distract the guard watching McGregor puking, then use Lethal Syringe.
Basically switch Pistol or Lethal Melee with Lethal Syringe.
I think that might work as well.
