I have been running through trying all of the different Paths, but Abundance has always seem to be the one that makes me pretty much always win (on top of a good team with really good gear).

Basically, the first thing I do is grab all Abundance blessings that show up, and if there isn't one, try a reroll for 30 Cosmic Fragments. You want to try and get the Path Resonance as quick as possible. That's your healing. Once you get that, keep getting Abundance cards until you get 6 total, and you get the choice to pick one of three blessings for the Resonance Path. Get the Anatta blessing. This places the heal in the combat lineup, and it will constantly heal your team throughout the battle, with the caveat being at 30% less healing. Even with that, this ability really keeps you in the battle.

Whenever I can't get an Abundance card, I go for anything that helps generate shields, or boosts a stat like speed, or defense/hp. Generating shields on top of keeping healthy will get you past battles that use to be hard. Also, since the Anatta Resonance is in the battle lineup and acts as a "character" of sorts, you get all the buffs from blessings that are triggered when targeting a friendly character.

Some of these features have to be unlocked by playing the Simulated Universe, so if you don't have them yet, just keep playing. There's no limit to how many times you can a day, and playing through a bunch will also help you get abilities that will benefit your team (like more hp/attack/defense and stuff like that).
