This vid shows the final fight with the Anomalocaris after accessing the Control Room at the bottom of the Glacial Area.

When you first enter, there is a puzzle where you have to use a heavy beetle looking creature to hold down a pulley to access the next area. In the second room, you have to a mutated Divine Tree fruit to blow up the sap on the ground. Take out the Scorpions first. There is ammo in the room in case you need it.

In the next area, you have to grab the beetle creature and place it on the hydrothermal vent. Doing so will allow you to swim past since it will be blocked. Next, there are 3 vents that must be blocked. You have to move fast, as the beetles wake up, and will walk off of them. Once all 3 have been blocked, the crater will erupt and open the path upwards, back to the first room with sap on the wall. Grab the mutated Divine Tree fruit, and use it to blow up the sap covering the wall, and enter the area that opens.

In this area, you have to dodge hydrothermal vents, but these ones will burn you! Take your time, and plan boosting past them. You will eventually come to 3 vents. I assume you have to use the beetles to block the vents, but it didn't seem to work for me, so I just went above them, but got burnt by the last one a bit. Enter the opening to the next area just past them.

I the first room, you will have to fight 5 creatures that hatch from the eggs (they are super squishy, I was able to kill them with one shot from my rifle and Harpoon). After killing them, use the beetle to weigh down the pulley, and swim past.

In the next room, there will be even more eggs, and you will have to fight a ton of the creatures after powering up the device with the Divine Tree fruit and aiming it at the mucus. For the first wave, you have to fight 6, and afterwards, you can interact with the laser and point it at the mucus. Doing so will cause you to fight 20-25 more, but the laser can be used against them now! This kills them really quickly. After killing the second wave off, point the laser back at the mucus, which will finally melt. Head through the opening.

You will now see the creatures clinging to the nucleus of the Divine Tree. Simply shoot them, they won't attack. After killing the last one, get ready for the final boss of the game, the Anomalocaris! The drone will fly in, and Dr. Bacon and Duff will inform you that it can be used as a weapon, it will allow you to not lose air (unless damaged), and can even slow down time!

The first part of the fight with Anomalocaris will have you shooting at it, with it having a few attacks. It's attacks include: summoning little creatures, shooting a big, green ball (I don't know what they do, I blew them all up), charging Dave, and summoning a swarm of red fish looking projectiles that swim around, and every now and then a cluster of them will break away and swim right at Dave. Just keep moving and shooting. After enough damage, Duff will unlock a charge laser for the drone, which deals massive damage!

For the second part, the Anomalocaris will have the same moves, but will also be able to shoot a fire laser that sweeps from the bottom of the screen to the top. It's pretty slow, so just swim up when you see it. Just keep shooting, and charging the laser when you get a chance. You move slower, so time it right. Also, the charge laser can get rid of the red fish-like projectiles, which is very helpful (normal fire doesn't do anything to them). After taking enough damage, the Anomalocaris will retreat. Enter the passage.

You will now be in a sequence where you are swimming after the Anomalocaris, and you will have to shoot it while dodging it's attacks. REMEMBER: The charge laser can destroy the red fish-like projectiles. It also has a new move now where it shoots red balls that burst, shooting out multiple little red balls you have to avoid. When you see fire near it's mouth, get to the top of the screen! That laser really hurts, and I almost died because it hit me twice during this fight. After taking enough damage it will collapse, seeming to finally be out of fight. WRONG! It will get back up, firing a laser at the ceiling, and causing you to flee upwards.

In this section, you will be swimming upwards away from the Anomalocaris. Don't worry, there are no obstacles ahead that you have to worry about. The only thing to worry about here is it's fire laser attack. I would suggest just sticking to one side while it charges, and before it starts to go off, slow down time, and start swimming to the opposite side. Once you know it is going to fire and not hit you, stop slowing down time so it can charge back up. Keep repeating this until the sequence is over. After going for a while, Dave will turn into a dead end, where you must pass 2 QTEs.

After all this, just do what you are told, and enjoy the end of the game!
