Visual Description: A woman faces the camera. She has brown hair worn in a braid, and wears blue-rimmed eyeglasses over her brown eyes. She's dressed in a black and white striped cotton shirt. She holds items up to the camera as she describes them, including the toothpaste that she uses, as well as other products that she's used on her teeth in the past, including baking soda, tooth powder, and soap. There's a neutral-coloured wall in the background.

Description: I got an email from the Libertarian Party announcing that "President-Elect Donald Trump has officially nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the next Secretary of Health and Human Services" and this has me seriously worried. According to Bloomberg and the Guam Daily Post, RFK Jr. wants to ban food dyes. I also cannot just switch brands if this toothpaste gets discontinued. If it gets discontinued due to government regulation, I will no longer have safe-for-me toothpaste, and will have to go back to using horrid alternatives like baking soda, soap, or "remineralizing tooth powder", which I personally find gets charcoal all over the place.

My hope in making this video is to help people become more empathetic towards the plight and everyday concerns of other Americans, and better understand how well-meaning policy positions can directly negatively impact those whom they may care about.
