The EU4 Ottomans are considered to be the final boss of EU4. Today, starting as Wallachia, I decided to test that by seeing if I could fight them alone. Treat this as a sort of EU4 guide because this is Peak EU4 gameplay. You can form Romania in EU4 as Wallachia, as well as impaling the sultan with a unique mission tree, but my main focus is survival and trying to nick one or two provinces from the Turks.
