How the Empire Created Clone X | Star Wars Explained
After being first introduced to audiences in season two, the assassin clones, now known as Clone X, were given much more time to shine in the latest episodes of The Bad Batch Season 3, including some answers as to what they are. As Crosshair says, they make up a division of clones trained as specialized operatives and initiated into a secret deep cover program run by Dr. Hemlock out of Tantiss, where their identities are erased through conditioning.
