In this beginners guide tutorial video I explain how to access the Freecam mode, so you can look around the battlefield in your Arma 3 mission scenario, and also how to teleport your character around the map in the mission too.
For both techniques you must have access to the debug console (available in the esc / pause menu) which means you must be the admin for that particular session.
