To add a confirmation dialog before you start streaming in OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), follow these steps:

Open OBS Studio: Launch OBS Studio on your computer.
Go to Settings: Click on the “Settings” button in the bottom-right corner of the OBS window.

Navigate to General Settings: In the left sidebar, select “General.”
Output Settings: Under the “Output” section, you’ll find an option called “Require confirmation before going live by default.” Enable this option
