4To force close an app on your ONN 4K Streaming Box when it's not working, you can follow these steps:
Access the Apps Menu:
Press the Home button on your remote to go to the home screen.
Navigate to the Apps icon or press and hold the Home button to bring up the list of installed apps.
Select the Malfunctioning App:
Use the directional buttons on your remote to highlight the app that's not working.
Open App Info:
Press and hold the Enter or Select button on the highlighted app until a menu appears.
Select Info from this menu.
Force Stop the App:
In the app info screen, you will see an option to Force stop. Select this option to close the app.

Developer Options Method:
If you haven't already, enable Developer Options by going to Settings - Device Preferences - About, and tap on Build seven times until you get a message saying "You are a developer."
