This video will show you how to add animated overlays to your OBS streams. This method allows for the media to be replayed and loop.

To add animated designs the file will need to be a video file with a transparent background. The three primary file types used are MOV, AVI and Webm. We recommend using Webm due to the small file size.

The best way to overlay an animation is by adding a media source and checking the loop option. Simply press browse to locate and import the overlay into OBS Studio.
