To add PS Plus games to your account on PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Go to Settings from the home screen.
Select Users and Accounts.
Choose Other.
Select Console Sharing and Offline Play.
Enable Console Sharing and Offline Play.
On your PS5 console, you can share certain PlayStation Plus benefits on one PS5 console and one PS4 console 1.
On your PS4 console, select the Activate as Your Primary PlayStation 4 setting 1.
Please note that you can only share your games and PlayStation Plus benefits with accounts on one PS5 console with Console Sharing and Offline Play activated and your primary PS4 console 1.
