To view your downloads and uploads for games on your PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Press the PS button on your controller to bring up the control center.
Scroll right until you reach Downloads/Uploads.
This will bring up a list of all your available downloads.
Alternatively, you can also find a shortcut to your system updates and all other updates for your games in the quick menu on the Home screen. To access it, press the PS button on your DualSense controller and scroll right until you reach Downloads/Uploads. This will bring up a list of all your available downloads
