To set deadzones to zero in Fortnite on a controller, you can follow the steps below:

Launch Fortnite and navigate to the Settings menu.
Select the Controller tab.
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section.
Set the Deadzone option to 0%.

Also, go over to the wireless controller and choose custom for the layout and you can use RT to tab over to deadzones to set it to zero since the settings won't go past 5%.
