the PlayStation 5 (PS5) allows you to control your microphone settings and even turn off the microphone completely. To set your microphone to "Always Off," you can follow these steps:

From the PS5 Home Screen:

Navigate to the top right corner of the screen where your profile picture is displayed.
Select Your Profile:

Click on your profile picture.
Go to Privacy Settings:

From your profile screen, select "Privacy."
Choose "Microphone" or "Voice Chat":

In the Privacy settings, find the option that relates to your microphone or voice chat settings.
Set Microphone to "Always Off":

Change the setting for your microphone to "Always Off" or a similar option that indicates you don't want to use the microphone for voice chat.
Save Your Changes:

The system may ask you to confirm your choice. Make sure to save your changes.
