How to Auto Run or SPRINT in PUBG on Controller (PS5 or Xbox)
1If you’re playing PUBG on a controller and want to auto run or sprint, here are some methods you can try:
Double Tap Left Thumbstick (Console):
In PUBG on consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox), you can double tap the left thumbstick quickly while moving forward to activate auto run or auto sprint. This allows your character to keep sprinting without needing to continuously push the thumbstick forward.
While auto sprinting, you can also look at the map or inventory without interrupting your movement.
Gameloop Emulator (PC):
If you’re playing PUBG Mobile on an emulator like Gameloop, you can set up auto sprint as follows:
Uncheck the “Hold to Sprint” option in the keyboard settings of Gameloop.
Remove the sprint key from the keyboard mapping and save the settings.
Open the controls in PUBG Mobile and customize layout.
Enlarge the sprint button and position it slightly above the W key.
Ensure the green dot of the sprint button is above the speed line and the line is in the middle of the W key.
Save the settings and enjoy running without holding the shift key2.
Mobile Devices (PUBG Mobile):
On mobile devices, you can tap the “auto run” button located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Alternatively, you can press the “up” button on the cross button and hold it to automatically run.
