How to Place Down a Waypoint on MAP on PUBG Console (PS5 or XBOX)
4To place a waypoint on the map in PUBG on console, follow these steps:
Open the Map: While in-game, press the button that opens the map. On Xbox, it’s usually the View button, and on PlayStation, it’s the Touchpad button.
Place the First Waypoint: Hold down the ALT key (on Xbox, this corresponds to the Right Bumper, and on PlayStation, it’s L1). While holding ALT, click the Right Mouse Button (RMB) or the corresponding button on your controller to place the first waypoint.
Add More Points: While still holding ALT, click other locations on the map to add more points. You can place up to 4 points per group of waypoints.
Remove the Starting Point: If you want to remove the starting point, release the ALT key.
Connect Waypoints: Clicking another point will connect the two, creating lines on the map.
