How to Block a Contact on your iPhone (Fast Method!)
0To block a contact on your iPhone, follow these steps:
From the Phone App:
Open the Phone app.
Go to Recents or Contacts and find the contact or number.
Tap the contact/number, then tap the info (i) icon.
Scroll down and tap Block this Caller.
Confirm by tapping Block Contact.
From the Messages App:
Open the Messages app.
Open the conversation with the contact or number.
Tap the contact’s name or number at the top.
Tap the info (i) icon, then select Block this Caller.
Confirm by tapping Block Contact.
From the FaceTime App:
Open the FaceTime app.
Find the call in the call history, tap the info (i) icon.
Scroll down and tap Block this Caller.
Confirm by tapping Block Contact.
From Settings:
Open the Settings app.
Choose one:
Phone - Blocked Contacts - Add New, then select a contact.
Messages - Blocked Contacts - Add New, then select a contact.
FaceTime - Blocked Contacts - Add New, then select a contact.
Select the contact to block.
