To block a program from accessing the internet in Windows 10/11, use the Windows Firewall. Open Windows Security and navigate to Firewall & network protection. Click Advanced settings, then choose Outbound Rules and create a new rule. Select the program you want to block, choose Block the connection, and follow the prompts to complete the setup. This will prevent the selected program from accessing the internet.
