If you’ve decided that Crunchyroll Premium isn’t for you, or you simply want to avoid being charged once the trial period ends, it’s important to know how to cancel your subscription in time. By cancelling your Crunchyroll Premium free trial, you can explore other options without incurring any costs and ensure that you’re only paying for services you truly enjoy and use.
So, if you’re ready to take control of your subscriptions and avoid unwanted fees, let’s dive right into it.
Step 1. Open a web browser and navigate to www.Crunchyroll.com. Sign into your Crunchyroll account if you're not signed in already. You'll land on your Crunchyroll home page.
Step 2. Click your profile icon at the top of the screen to open a drop-down menu. Click "Settings" in that menu. The Account Settings screen is displayed.
Step 3. Click "Membership Info" in the menu on the left side of the screen. Details about your Crunchyroll subscription are shown on the right side of the screen.
Step 4. Click "Cancel Subscription." The next screen lets you know that if you move forward your Crunchyroll subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Step 5. Click "Cancel Premium Membership." The next screen lets you know that your Crunchyroll free trial has been canceled. You can move forward with taking a survey about why you cancelled your Crunchyroll subscription, but this isn't required.
Now, whenever you navigate back to the Membership Info section, you'll see confirmation that your Crunchyroll subscription was canceled, and how long you'll have access to the service through.
