Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to PlayStation.com, and then sign in to your PlayStation account if you're not signed in already.

Step 2. Click your profile icon at the top of this screen to open a menu, and then click "Subscriptions Management" in this menu. A Subscriptions menu opens.

Step 3. Find your PlayStation Plus subscription that you want to cancel, and then click "Cancel." The next menu will show you alternatives to canceling your PS Plus subscription.

Step 4. Click "Confirm Cancellation." You'll be prompted to choose why you're canceling your PlayStation Plus subscription.

Step 5. Choose the reason you're canceling your PlayStation Plus subscription, and then click "Cancel Subscription." The next window confirms that your PS Plus subscription has been successfully canceled.
